Payment and Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date for stays in the period until 20.06
Free cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date for stays in the period 21.06 - 03.07
Free cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival date for stays in the period 04.07 - 31.10

*** Prepayment of 30% or 100% of the total reservation amount within 3 days after reservation confirmation - via bank transfer. In case of partial payment, the remaining balance is due at reception upon arrival. The amount will be received within 3-4 business days and will be deposited to your reservation. In case of non-payment of the deposit, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation. In case of cancellation, no-show, or early departure, 100% of the prepaid amount will be retained.
